Our historical home is located across the street from the city park with playground, basketball courts, and large lawn with gazebo and grills in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. A ten minute walk will take you downtown Coeur D' Alene, Lake Coeur D' Alene beaches, marina, and the Tubbs Hill nature preserve and hiking trails. There are many restaurants and stores within a 5 minute walk.
Our 2 story plus basement house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with clawfoot bathtub. One of the 2 bedrooms upstairs has a queen size bed and a/c window unit, the other has a twin size bed. Because this is a historical home, the wooden staircase is a little steeper than in modern homes. Baby gates and a large porta crib are available on request.
The family bedroom in the basement has a queen size bed and a full size bed and a large egress window.
The main floor living room has a comfortable couch that converts to a queen sized bed. So an additional 2 people can sleep, up to 9 people.
A flat screen TV is available for viewing any of our DVDs. The dining room table seats 10 people
On the main floor is a kitchen with new range and large refrigerator with ice maker.
Nice enclosed backyard with patio dining and gas grill.
